Refund policy
At BunnyNest, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
2. Free Returns
BunnyNest proudly offers free returns for eligible orders worldwide within 30 days of delivery.
Customers must contact our support team before returning any item. We will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return solution.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution but generally take between 5–10 business days after approval.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by providing a replacement or full refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Items damaged through misuse
- Products returned outside the 30-day return period
- Final sale or clearance items where clearly indicated
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before processing begins.
If an order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and will instead follow our return procedure.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank.
If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
